Terms of service

Agreement

These terms govern your access to the AUREUS platform and APIs. By creating an account or calling the API, you agree to them on behalf of yourself and any entity you represent. Where a separate master services agreement exists, that agreement controls.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes, in compliance with applicable financial regulations, and within the limits of your authorizations and licensing. You will not use the platform to facilitate prohibited activity, evade controls, or move value you are not entitled to move.

Service and availability

We operate the platform with the controls and uptime described on the Security page. Availability targets are stated in your agreement. Simulated rails in test mode are deterministic and are not a representation of live settlement timing.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, AUREUS is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Financial services delivered through partner institutions are subject to those institutions' terms.

Privacy

What we collect

We collect the information you provide to open an account and the data necessary to move money and meet compliance obligations — identity information, transaction records, and technical logs. We collect only what we need.

How we use it

We use your data to provide the service, satisfy KYC, KYB, AML, and sanctions obligations, secure the platform, and meet legal requirements. We do not sell personal data.

Sharing

We share data with regulated partner institutions and service providers strictly to deliver the services you request, and with authorities where legally required. Subprocessors are bound by contractual data-protection obligations.

Your rights

Subject to our regulatory record-keeping duties, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Where GDPR or comparable law applies, we honor the rights it grants. Contact [email protected].

AUREUS provides financial infrastructure software. Banking, payment, and custody services referenced are delivered through regulated partner institutions and licensed entities where applicable. Nothing on this site is an offer of banking services or a solicitation in any jurisdiction where AUREUS is not authorized to operate.

Partner institutions

Banking, payment, custody, and card services are provided by regulated partner institutions and licensed entities where applicable. The specific provider for a given service depends on your jurisdiction and is identified in your agreement.

Digital assets

Digital-asset services are offered where AUREUS or its partners hold the required registrations. Digital assets carry risk, including price volatility and the possibility of total loss. Nothing here is investment advice.

No solicitation

This site is informational. It is not an offer or solicitation in any jurisdiction where AUREUS is not authorized to operate, and availability of any feature is subject to eligibility and applicable law.
